  • Yes. As the infrastructure is fully dedicated to the client, it’s possible to use both open-source and proprietary models, maintaining full control on configuration and data.

  • RAG indexes internal data via vector databases or dedicated semantic engines, generating secure embeddings within the infrastructure and providing contextualized answers without exporting content.

  • Resources are isolated via dedicated hardware, private networks, VLANs, and segregated storage. Traffic does not leave the platform, and models operate in separate environments for security and compliance.

  • No. Tenants are isolated and access is exclusively under client control. Aruba does not access data nor models, except for explicit support requests and always with authorization and traceability.
