FAQs on Hybrid Connect

  • No. Traffic between the connected silos travels over the private Regional Transport Network (RTN) within the same Aruba Cloud Region, without transiting over the public internet.

  • Each gateway supports up to 1 Gbps. If you need more capacity or logical separation, you can deploy multiple gateways.

  • Yes. Hybrid Connect is designed to integrate heterogeneous environments such as dedicated/bare metal domains, VMware Virtual Private Cloud, and Public Cloud services within the same Region.

  • The functionality is currently available at the regional level, but a future release is planned to enable connections between different Regions. In the meantime, it is already possible to evaluate a dedicated architectural design for multi-region scenarios.
